Sherman + Reilly Launches Company-Owned Service Center

CHATTANOOGA, TN. (Sept. 15, 2017) – Sherman + Reilly, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, a leading manufacturer of power line stringing and installation equipment, recently opened its doors to its first company-owned service center in Chattanooga, TN. The dedicated Sherman + Reilly Service Center offers a full suite of service solutions to support used equipment, including remanufacturing, re-roping and preventative maintenance.

 

“We are very excited to offer our customers vital service solutions from our team of Sherman + Reilly experts,” said Kendell Lewis, Director of Customer Service, Sherman + Reilly. “With a dedicated facility and staff, the new Service Center will continue to fulfill the needs of our customers after the initial sale.”

 

The Sherman + Reilly Service Center features the remanufacturing program, which allows equipment 20 years or newer to be modified with features of a brand new machine. As a leading equipment manufacturer, the company’s service technicians have proficient product knowledge, allowing them to provide best-in-class service to return equipment to like-new condition. In addition to remanufacturing, the Service Center will provide re-roping and preventative maintenance services.

 

Sherman + Reilly equipment is designed for underground and aerial transmission, and distribution of electrical power and communications systems. The company is constantly seeking feedback to improve the entire ownership experience from purchase to service.
